I  thought  they can  recap steer tires....  just  don't  put them  back on the front axle. 

Anyway,   keep your eye  out  for who  runs them,  and  start  making a list   of  who to  call.   

Concrete companies..  utilities,   bigger  local/short line  trucking  firms  are a good  place to start.  The  really big players  are  hard to  'deal with'..

As far as  the rims,   Unverferth    is  just one  ag rim  maker to   check into. 

I run them on my  J-M  wagons,   and  they look  terrible..Chunks missing from the  shoulders  from  turning too  short and  hooking the  frame.. LOL,  but  haven't  gone flat yet.
