Best I have found is Riley park tire near Indianapolis. They usually stock ag rims and have plenty of used truck tires to choose from. https://www.rileyparktire.com/ I would caution you though. I put 386's on one of my kilbros like you are planning. I had one steering wheel hub break the 1st year, and the other steering hub break the next. The wagons were not overloaded. My guess is, the extra twisting force with a wide tire caused the break(both breaks happened when turning). So, I switched the fronts back to 11x22.5's and kept the wide tires in the back. No trouble since. I know kilbros sells new wagons(same size and model)with wide tires. When I called to see if they used a reinforced hub, they said no and were suprised at the hub failures I incured. ***shrug***
