Call any trucking company that utilizes 20000 pound steer axles. They mostly use the 425 rubber and since it's a steer axle they can't recap them. Often times having to pay a tire company a disposal fee. When I used to have big wagons I'd get them for 50 bucks apiece from a concrete company. Went towards there pizza fund. Win win for both of us..
