perryton, tx | Anybody that has any experience with cotton could have predicted that Enlist would cause big problems. Cotton didn’t become popular here until around 2005, and the first few years were rough until guys finally figured out that you can’t even take the lid off a jug of 2,4-D without damaging cotton fields for miles around. I’ve never planted any myself but I also haven’t sprayed 2,4-D after May 1 in 15 years, it’s just too risky. | |
