Midwest | I recently purchased a farm that the previous owner cleared a woodlot and it was determined to be wet lands by NRCS. I didn't violate nor have I planted it since I bought it but I would really like to plant it. It is beautiful tiled 7 acre piece that sits right in the middle of a 15 acre field so it basically ruins the entire field.
Does anyone know of an attorney that specializes in these types of cases? I don't want to be a violator but I would really like to farm the acreage I bought.
Thanks in advance.
