North of London | Opening up now in most places but will not go back to the previous normal any time soon.
Masks required in many stores and others are still limiting numbers and controlling traffic to keep distancing
Schools are an interesting subject and most boards are still trying to figure out exactly what and how they will operate this fall.
I know we have grandchildren that are taking courses on line now so they will have 1 or 2 more credits before schools reopen.
They are in high school so not sure about elementary students.
Expect it will be years before we get back to anything that was what you think of as the old normal.
A good vaccine will speed up that time but I expect a good reliable vaccine is several years away if ever.
We are only a few months into this and any other new disease wrecking havoc on the world's health lasted several years before they petered out.
Not sure we are smart enough to do any better today that we did in the past but I guess we can always hope.
It will gradually become normal to however we have to live to deal with it. | |
