North of London
Economy is opening up here just doing business differently.
Stores have reorganized things to keep traffic controlled and put plexiglass screens up in front of checkouts.

Had to go into building centre the other day for a little hardware.
They have an entrance with 2 doors one on each end.
They have made one an entrance and the other the exit.
Put a screen up the middle so traffic is separate and checkout counter leads to exit aisle.
Markings on floor to direct traffic and spots in front of checkout to maintain physical distance.

This is a change from taking orders by phone and placing outside for pickup before things open up more.

the thinkers are finding ways to do business in the new environment.
Some have completely reimagined what they do or produce to take advantage of new needs of the economy
Houses are selling still at astronomical prices so things are not too bad yet.

Yes some that do not change will fall by the wayside but probably most of those were on shaky ground anyway or were not able to change as circumstances changed.

No doubt economies will slow down but that happens at different times for different reasons.
The other headache we will have to deal with is the deficits that have been forced on governments to keep economy alive so far but too many governments were willing to have deficits for no good reason before this which is a good reason.
