Subject: RE: Yellow soybeans

EC Nebraska
I've got a field with cut clay areas that normally look like that. In this area, it's typical to not apply any kind of fertilizer to soybeans.

However, two years ago I started including 15 lbs of elemental sulfur in my corn dry blends, for a delayed release effect. (I dropped 20 lbs of AMS) That field is C-C-B, so this is the first year of soybeans after starting the elemental sulfur.

The beans this year darkest green on the clay. I don't know how much effect the elemental sulfur is having, but something made a huge difference this year.
