Not positive what you have going on would definitely do a tissue test we deal with manganese deficiency (not magnesium)in our high organic muck that looks like this. If that is your problem easy and cost effective fix. Post herbicide pass with 1 lb. Readyman per acre (readyman will not tie up your round up). Then one to two passes of product called techamagna (? Spelling). After each pass they green up and then new growth will start to turn yellow untill you spray them again. Yeild increases will more than pay.
