Subject: Thoughts on electric vs wood firebox smoker ?


Grandview, TX		I’ve never smoked meat before, but would like to try. Would mainly do smaller stuff such as ribs and chicken quarters with the occasional brisket.

I’m looking at This electric smoker.

Will I be able to tell a difference between meat cooked on an electric vs a standard wood firebox smoker ? I prefer my meat with a heavier smoke flavor.
