Yes, there are solar farms being grazed. There is a grazing group on FB with a couple people who have worked to get several sites set up to run sheep under them. I don't know the economics of it, but they rotational graze it and look to do a pretty good job of keeping the area clean without looking like a wasteland. If you as a neighbor are going to have to look at the monstrosity, it might be worth considering finding a way to benefit from it.
