S Illinois | You are wanting to argue that 135mb extra usage isn’t possible in 6 months. But you basing this solely on the usage the year before. Not in actual usage and disappearance possible in KS. Do you not agree that KS can use/move 300mb in 3 months? So why are you so concerned that KS can’t move/use 525mb in 6 months. Your argument is totally contingent on the fact that only a little over 100mb was used in the 2nd quarter of the 2018 usage year as if that’s the max useable between Dec 1 and Mar 1. | |
