If you want to do the year over year comparisons with stocks, the 2019 crop was estimated 723mb less than the 2018 crop. The ending stocks this Aug were estimated to be 118mb less than Aug 2019. So to make the numbers balance we need to make up 850mb. Ethanol at your 450mb number gets us to 400mb. So either the crop was bigger or feed was less. No way around it for the numbers to balance.
Supposedly the Corn Stocks number was Bearish.. However..
