Good advice on here, if you have the time do some searches in this forum on cover crops.
There are several good resources in Ohio and in your area.
You can visit our farm any time and we can explain what we do.

After soybeans a mix or rye, crimson clover and hairy vetch will make a nice seed bed to plant into the following spring. Would give you a chance to look at early and late termination as well.
