Should be able to easily pull by hand if it's detached from the motor. How many ft of auger? I've pulled some 100' + long by hand. You could have something jammed in there somewhere. If you pull with skid loader you will stretch it and ruin it.
If it’s stuck tight enough that you can’t pull it by hand it will likely be junk if you pull it with a skid or any other machinery. BTDT but if I hadn’t done it that auger would still be plugged with wet feed.
If you can’t pull it by hand I would cut a series of holes in the area of the plug and use a rubber mallet to try to shake a bunch of material out. Could try the drill on the anchor bearing to back the flighting out.
I’d even consider cutting the tube off of it entirely in the area of the plug. 10-15’ of tube is cheaper to replace than the whole slinky. The unloaded part of the bin boot can be removed leaving the slide on the bin and the feed in the bin.
