She has used it at 130. She is going to look it up. Basically the cold smoker attachment is just a wood burner with an electric element to create the smoke. Then the heater element in the smoker determines the heat of the cooking. Cold smoker generates smoke with little extra heat, main smoker does the cooking. If she smokes cheese she will not even turn the main smoker on.
