central ohio | That’s pretty interesting. My first smoker was a basic Masterbuilt. Just got the Camp Chef for my 50th birthday in February.
I liked the Masterbuilt but babysitting it all the time was preventing me from smoking as often as I would have liked. Just to many other things going on to spend 14-16 hours smoking a brisket but once in a great while.
I would like to do some salmon and jerky sometime soon.
