| I have a Trimble 372 with RTK unlock. It has version 9.something firmware running RTK+ cellular from Case IH.
I started with the RTK 2019 planting season and every thing worked great. This year planting (no updates, etc were done) I had problems with unstable GPS going to my 20/20 monitor. It started to show up as an erratic speed reading about every 10 seconds, which the 20/20 did not like but still planted OK. The tractor steering all worked OK. Yesterday, I was replanting beans and started to get "GPS unstable" warnings on the 20/20 and a couple autoguidance errors and one incident where it kicked out the steering.
I swapped my 372 with a 262 WAAS and everything worked like it should for guidance and my 2020 planter monitor....this makes me think there is a problem with the 372. Any ideas? I am guessing that I need to send it in to Ag Express. | |
