With John B and others thoughts and ideas it really as improved my health and focus.Doing lower carb only since mid Feb.Lost 20 plus,I eat like a horse still,which is kind of cool.Problem does arise that the sex drive has increased,never knew that would happen except I think John B alluded to it once.Not that its a problem just saying,hehe.
