Well this is one of those things most people (other than Bob Dole) don't like to talk about, but before diet change taking a Cialis knock off pill was a common consumption for me. I have a bottle full in the bathroom I have not touched since changing diet. Don't need it any more. When I fixed my too high insulin levels it fixed my ED.
