There are a lot of good, well meaning folks on here that have been real helpful. Sometimes though you get people with "single experiences" that form their opinions on issues and they think that is the way it is. Lawyers and accountants can share 1000's of experiences with you and help shape your situation. Kind of like a crop consultant can do in the crop arena :)
