| Do you have a good, reliable place you can get sawdust/shavings from? Seems those types of places are either feast or famine, as the wood pellet deals hurt in cold weather. I understand you have to add some fresh after stirring? We use shavings here, but are on a small scale and use it with other bedding because of the expense, my wife's employer builds hammer mills and they sell alot of machines to pellet companys and are always running tests to determine proper use and particle size so I get the Super Sacks of shavings when they are done instead of them going to the landfill. If I had to buy it around me, it isn't cheap. | |
