Central NC		Can’t tell u what to do, but once pulled, food will sure get in that space, then u find u chew on other side. I have similar now for 15 years

Spent 3k or so in that space, still vacant, had tooth with crown, crown came off, put on another crown, 2nd opinion dentist said tooth had a crack, should have never had second crown, anyway got it pulled, over years have gotten use to it, I would not recommend an implant
