That is cheaper than my son and I thought is would bring. We had it slated at over $500k. Since it is your area, I would appreciate you keeping an ear open and see what the Lyons feed yard brought. I drive by that location on the way to Hutch when we go. As I recall, sandy soil but not terrible and a fair location.
