for all my setsups I use PRN138 and have never had a issue and or errors of that magnatude.

You're doing static testing, or basing your comments on pass-to-pass performance in the field?

Mainly pass to oass, but with 24 hour static testing, and some return to work conditions with a common stake at the original A-B line for reference. I have only performed a couple surveys with the intention of checking accuracy and they were with either the Ag900 system, and or raw data pulled from a 500 locked onto 138. I have never seen much over about 9"

I do understand that satellite geometry and availability have a large part in accuracy. I remember one night setting up a 90' RoGator where it took off from only having 3 useable sats. White sands missle testing that night. So testing two recievers at two different times and if by chance for a half hour the data was way off from low availability and or high PDOP, HDOP or atmospheric condistions would make one perform noticably worse than the other.
