Bob,
Where is land going for $1700 and acre around Tulsa. I would beet it is a long ways out or around. We are just 40 miles north of Tulsa, and rural land around here is still $5000/acre and up until you get a long ways out of town. Everyone thinks they can sell their pastures off in lots for the Ranchette crowd. Me thinks those days are about gone.
