SE Iowa | I was there. Fought it for many years as a hog farmer. Good chiropractor helped for a while, ibuprofen works, cortisone shot did nothing, ice, ice, ice and stretches. Could not sit or ride without pain. Finally got two vertebrae fused in 2000, L3-L4 at belt line. Been OK since but do have flairups from bone spurs now in that area. Still use ice ice ice and chiro. Going in an hour. There are good chiros and not so good. | |
