I had no help from the shot or the chiropractor. MRI showed a bulging disc. I used 12 ibuprofen and 9 tylenol a day which is too much but it kept me moving. Stretched as much as I could multiple times a day and after 7 months it went away. Now I try to stay well hydrated and stretch out a couple times a day. Stay active or it will get worse.
