Yes, this is probably for another thread. So, you're saying the coal to generate is entirely priced separately in your customer billing? Or just the cost difference over the base price of the coal, whatever that may be. It is commendable that it actually goes down. I don't believe we see declines here, but not entirely sure.
How does your co-op know it's getting it's power 100% from coal? Where is all this windmill, atomic, and now solar power going? Just somewhere particular other than rural?
But again, as you stated, you are not billing a surcharge, I guess. I have noted the word "surcharge" came about 40 yrs ago or so....now the term has morphed into "adjustment". Sounds nicer, I guess. |
