NC Ohio | I should also say that my wife is the Chief Nursing Office at a small hospital 100+ miles away from where I live. I don't ask and she doesn't tell me everything they do/plan for, but I probably have a little more insight then most.
IF this "surge" comes there will be a lot of people doing things they have not been trained to do, and have not done in the past. There might not be any choice and they will have to rely on their training and instincts to figure it out.
