Subject: Stop the Virus.. then restart the economy.

The Sooner we can get "Herd Immunity" built up within our population.. the sooner we can quit quarantining and get everyone back to work.. using energy.. and everything restarted.

First things first.

With all the spare Alcohol sitting in storage.. maybe we should blend it with some water.. and go hose down the entire country to kill the virus.
