I think the rewrite of the rules allowing for dumping and still getting paid for it is the reason for the drop. They don't want to have to pay for something they don't get. I can't blame them. Milk futures in fact all futures right now are dealing with emotion. No fact just feeling. until that stops none of this will. Not saying I can survive or that I like it.
