Beresford, SD | Same here. FSA 1026, then go across the hall to the NRCS. Within a year or less (one farm took a week) you’ll get your answer. To get a wetland determination changed I had to hire a consultant to prove it was prior converted.......found an old clay tile down the center of a wetland. Our county offices are great to work with. Every one of our farms has been tiled or has had tile added in the last 15 years. Plan to keep putting in more pipe. | |
