That is my whole farm, high water table and clay layer. Tile certainly helps with that, it drains out the soil 3 feet deep 24/7 so rains have a place to go, and then drain away again over the next days or weeks.

I have rolling hills and more fall than you, and I have a county dug ditch splitting my farm in half giving me 7-10 feet of fall to work with. Lift stations, which I have no experience with, are how they deal with no fall around here. You might need different tile spacing and capacity if you are pumping instead of always gravity flowing?
