Definitely interested in a new item for the food truck.
I made brisket and prime rib sandwiches, just enough left overs for supper for the family.

The prime rib was on a chibatta bun with Au Jus and home made horse radish sauce, really should have saved one for myself. First time I did that combination on the food trailer, definitely doing it again.

I ran out of burger in the store on Thursday and will be out until around the 10th.

The locker plant here works well with me, usually let me sneak some in being I am willing to help in the slaughter room.

I would really like to build my own plant. I could raise 350 head a year and sell them all and then process another 350 head of custom work. Plus I could raise about 250 hogs a year and sell also. If I tried a little more I could probably just butcher all my own animals and have the hooks filled every week.

Wish I was 20 years younger lol...
