East Central South Dakota | Bought and killed a half of beef last week. Local butcher plant is booked for kill slots into middle of May. I really think your new business venture has had great timing. Maybe some of the good out of all of this virus will be people will see the value in buying their meat locally. I enjoy your Facebook posts. Going to private message you on a relatively new pork cut out that would be perfect for your truck. Pictures are just part of the joys of living rural. Most people can't grasp what it is like out here right now. The cattle guys have it the worst by far. Ground so soft, some guys are thinking they may have to move the calving cows to the feedlot just so they can feed. Feed wagons stuck all the time and tearing things up terribly.
