Double check the all the pins on the harness , where it plugs into the back of the integra. Had similar issues , but on a planter, turns out one of the small pins was pushed in slightly, probably from being hit when plugging the harness in. In my case I was able to pull the pin back out, very gently with a pair of needle nose pliers.
