| shoop - 3/24/2020 23:42 You never needed anything in season ? I have urea that they forgot to spread last fall. What If the doors are locked and I want to plant?
Last year was the 1st time in several years that I needed to get something extra/unplanned. It was for a piece of ground that we started farming last year but didn't know about it until the 1st of May.
Otherwise I pretty much order what were going to use by Dec 31st and that is what we use.
As for your urea, I wouldn't let that keep me from planting corn if the ground is fit. If you really want to use urea and are worried about getting it on before planting, get it on hand and buy a spreader. Otherwise, there are lots of ways to put N on corn that is already growing that will buy you more time.
