After I think about it for a bit assuming you don't want to own your own sprayer I would ask around and get a different company lined up and tell Nutrien no thanks.
I can't fault them for being concerned about their employees and customers health but the world will continue to turn even if they go into two week lockdown. I would tell them ahead of time and be sincere and polite.
