west central Illinois | I started out the grill at 450 for 10 minutes then took it down to 225 until meat hit 110 internal. Had a problem with the probe so had to use a regular meat thermometer. Wife had a recipe for a seasoning that kept it moist. About 40 minutes total cook time. I didn't have bacon to wrap it with like was suggested, would have been good. It was good for a lockdown meal. Had a few drinks of Crown to go with it as we are trying to be low carb. | |
