I am totally sympathetic with what you say.  But it does remind me of the time I sent about $6000 worth of cattle to South St. Paul and sold them through Midwest.  Turns out nobody received their checks for several sales.  Forget the exact amount but the head of Midwest absconded with all the money.  Well over a million dollars.  Of course that is a violation of the Packers and Stockyards Act.  Being pretty mad I called the State Attorney General.  I was told to hire a lawyer and go after the guy in conciliation court!

How does that go:  "Hello.  I am from the government and I am here to help you....!"
