Land has stayed steady to at least softened. One 120 acres was listed last fall. I thought for sure it would sell almost immediately. Well guess what it's still for sale. Smaller pieces (40 acres or less) definitely seem to bring a big premium. Seems everyone isn't a wild about over paying for land anymore.
