| Dues to health reasons my doctor says I have to change my lifestyle. Family decided to sell a piece of land, payoff all debt and find something else to invest in. I have a 300 acre piece of irritated and tiles land in SE SD. Appraisal is $7900. According to the auctioneer 12 investors and several local farmers interested.
Started the bid at $4000 and no sales it at $5100.
