NE Nebraska | This thread can't be right. According to Nat land never goes down in value. All the people with money are paying top dollar for land because cd's don't pay hardly any interest and they don't know where else to put their money. Never mind land could drop 30% in value or already has, the land is a safe investment that returns a whopping 1% more than a cd so everybody's gotta be buying it. | |
