I thought so too. I did notice that the Serial Number is noted so I thought this might have been changed. I was able to create a configuration in the office but I was not connected to two App Rate Modules to actually test it.
I can see problems if the Application Rate module is used for an implement switch or as a serial device. Since trying to use two for those situations could be a problem. Maybe they just flat out don't allow this even in flow meter situations.
