This Inogen One of Mom's came by way of Medicare....they covered all of it, and cover her big in-home concentrator too, at the rate of about $1,000/month.  She's not had a charge she's had to pay in the 3 years she's been on oxygen, for either the big concentrator or the portable and its batteries. She also has a stand-by tank in case of power failure.
