My estate is set up if one kid wants out on the land, they have to sell it to the other on 15-20 year contract terms with a balloon at year 7 or 8 ( I can't remember exact details at the moment).
Just because I am dead doesn't mean they need to keep the land, but it took years to pay for it, why should one kid have to come up with so much cash up front.
