MN | I'm not entirely sure if this is what you're looking for, but this is the emc charts from NDSU. Basically you run the fans when the humidity is less than what you want the moisture at according to the charts and the temperature is warm enough to allow it to happen. I think the tough part is to determine how long to run the fans.
