Guelph Ontario Canada | <p>Viruses tend to open the doors for their friends so I would bet you still have another virus or malaware issue etc. If you are virus clean, you can try a registry cleaner program or re install windows without formatting which might help The only real solution IMO is format and a fresh start once your system has been compromised by a virus.</p><p>HijackThis is a very advanced tool http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/3000-8022_4-1022735... that you can use to see what is slowing down the computer. Do your research before using it - that program kills good and bad processes with a few key strokes. <br /></p>
