Good points, but it means that the majority of users (WAAS) are paying more than they should for their hardware in order to subsidize the Omni*/RTK crowd. It makes upgrading easier should WAAS not satisfy, but I wonder about how much extra hard cost that passes on to those who know they'll never use or need more?
